I know that summer is upon us which means that lots of people are traveling and taking vacations (which is fabulous!). I have received feedback from the studio owner and director that there are days when the studio just isn't as sparkly as we like and need it to be. There have been a lot of sub requests lately and not a lot of sub love. ONE is all about community and this theme carries through to our cleaning team. I know that we are all swamped and switching schedules around isn't as easy as it sounds. As we move into the busy summer season I am asking super nicely if we could all help each other out to support our fellow cleaners and the studio that we all love.
Effective immediately we have a new clock-in/clock-out policy. If a cleaning master doesn't clock in for 3 shifts (that they are at) we will have to terminate the cleaning contract. Clocking-in is the only way the studio knows who was there, when. It is crucial that all cleaners clock in and out on every shift.
