It is easy to see that सपतमबर is related to seven and नवमबर दशमबर are related to nine ten . Then it follows that if you assign 12 months to a year then January February would be the eleventh and twelfth months in the year and therefore March would be the first year in the calendar as the ancient Romans Indians had it I believe . You can of course change the names of the months and then redefine the year with a different number of days and not 365 days for a non leap year and 366 days for a leap year et cetera if you wish to revise history ? In my opinion you would need to give a reason for any action that will be sustainable over all reviews and objections for moving forward without reversal .
