| How I Applied My Take Away This Week |
Protecting my heart has been on my mind recently, especially in light of helping/counseling others and the added component of ensuring any 'guilt' does not consume me is a good reminder. Though I do not have things to confess to others for wrong doings, I have guilt over certain choices I have made that have affected me and realize not allowing that guilt to consume me is another way to protect my heart.
