Problem:
I am using HIB25-x8 for my backplane connecting to a computer bu it is not getting solid Link (between Host and Target card). Only CBL LEDs is ON, the EDGE is OFF.
Things to check / try:
1. Make sure you have the target card installed in the OSS backplane and the host card inside the host computer. To identify the target card, there should be 3 components populated on the top left side of the card, see photos below ( TargetCard&HosCard2.png).
2. Make sure the target card is installed in the correct Target Slot, which is next to the ATX power connector, see attached photo as reference (TargetCard&Slot.png).
3. Try another set of Host and Target cards.
