Does the Gen 3 OSS-PCIe-HIB-38-x8 support supporting NTB (Not Transparent Bridging)?
Answer:
Our Gen 3 OSS-PCIe-HIB-38-x8 cable adapter cards have a dipswitch setting supporting NTB bridge as well as HOST and TARGET modes.
OSS does not provide the software to support host-to-host applications when selling these adapters however our hardware will support it.
The NTB feature will only work if the expressnet software is installed and running on the on the host computer.
The expressnet is a software element in order for the NTB feature to work.
This expressnet software is a third party software, OSS does not provide nor develop this software.

What are the dipswitch settings for Gen 3 HIB3-x8 for supporting NTB Bridge?

You can user either mode o or mode 3, see attached photo
