Product: HIB38-X8 Rev A Dual Port card (with 4 toggle switches SW1)
I have two HIB38-X8 Rev A Dual Port card (with 4 toggle switches SW1) and I need one card setup as HOST and the other card as Target.

What is the correct Dipswitch (SW1) for Host?

4 = ON
3 = OFF
2 = OFF
1 = ON
Target / Expansion card settings: HIB38-X8 Rev A Dual Port card (with 4 toggle switches SW1)

3 = OFF

Connect the cable to the bottom port of the Host card
Connect the other end of cable to top port of the Target card
