10 minutes to thrive and 20 minutes to transfer is the name of this sadhana.
This sadhana is to create a morphogenetic field.
This should be done at 6 A.M (as per your local time, need not be according to Indian time in case
if you are staying abroad).
This should be done by all Mahadeeksha sevaks, daily; to create a morphogenetic field so that we
all can usher into the Golden Age very very quickly because we are doing this collectively. More is
the number doing this sadhana, the greater and faster will be the results.
Thousands of people have started doing this across the globe. So please join your hands.
If you do this sadhana for 10 minutes, you get progress (growth) and if you do this for 10 more
minutes, you get mukthi.So let us do it completely. Let us do this for 20 minutes.
At 6 AM you need to do this for 10 minutes.
Remaining 10 minutes will be left to your choice. You can do it at any time as per your comfort.
However, the recommended time is 10 minutes before going to bed.
If we all could do this sadhana till the strength reaches 64,000; because of our efforts not only we
all but also the entire human race will get enlightenment. Oneness Temple will be the power house
for this process.
There are 5 steps in this sadhana. More details will be revealed in the coming up sessions. Right
now you straight away start doing this sadhana daily.
- Step-1 : At 6 AM , chant Moolamanthra 7 times by touching Amma Bhagavan's feet (either
Srimurthi or Padhukas or even you can visualize in case if you are traveling).Ask Amma Bhagavan
for deeksha and place your hands on your head and take the deeksha.
- Step-2 : Start your day with Gratitude (towards all the help you received from all the people,
including Amma Bhagavan) and also thank Amma Bhagavan for the help that they are going to
give you through out the day.
- Step-3 : Identify previous day's hurts and pain (at mind level).

Now at body level, take your attention to that part of your body where there is disturbance
and stay with that disturbance.
↓
Stay till the end. Stay like that only till the pain is completely removed. Do not quit in the middle or as
soon as you get some relief.
↓
Now physical and psychological pain will be erased.
↓
Now tell this Mahavakya 3 times internally - "Suffering is never in the fact but in my perception"
Note: - Here fact means the situation.
- Step-4 : Identify all the hurts caused by us to others throughout the previous day.

Ask them to forgive you
↓
Take a stand (sankalpam) that you would help that person as much as you can during this day.
- Step-5 : (The detailed explanation will be given to you in the fore coming sessions.)
Chant the following mantra 3 times.
"Om ekhathvam jeevaami
Ekhathvam samvibhajaami
Ekhathvam utthambhayaami
Om...Shanthi…shanthi….shanthihi"
Meaning:
I live Oneness [i.e., I should live in Oneness rather than talking about it]
I share Oneness [i.e., Not only I get benefited from Oneness but also I shall share it with others, by helping
others to get benefited by Oneness]
I uphold Oneness [i.e., I protect Oneness dharma because if I protect the dharma, the dharma in turn will
protect me – "Dharmo rakshithi rakshithaha"]
I shall do this so that there shall be peace…peace... and peace in this world.
