A new release with some improvements to general fault tolerance, cover art coverage and quality.

- We now use a new, higher spec'd MusicBrainz server to make queries faster and reduce the likelihood of timing out

- There's more work on validating batches of results from Acoustid so that we don't pick odd tracks from different releases

- Handle Acoustid results with no release/release group info

- Handle CD stubs from MusicBrainz and use to return release/disc info

- Don't just query MB after Acoustid... also use Acoustid metadata to query Wikipedia and Discogs (improves fault tolerance in case MB is down)

- Handle GZip'd content from Discogs

- Be more lenient when validating Discogs barcodes - ignore hyphens

- For a given MB release, look at the release group and use relationships to Wikipedia to find data

- Don't use 'secondary' art from Discogs

- Only return distinct results in disc/associated_releases
