20160915 - more coverage, higher accuracy

This new beta includes more linking mechanisms to increase the coverage and quality of linking between releases. It is particularly focused on classical releases.

In addition to linking using track durations between FreeDB and MusicBrainz/Discogs, introduced in a previous unannounced beta, this new beta also includes:

- When linking releases from MusicBrainz Disc ID, use track lengths

- When MusicBrainz Disc ID clashes for multiple releases, filter out those with TOCs that don't match the MB Disc ID derived-TOC

- When scoring track names, convert releases with "sides" (vinyl, cassette) to attempt to match against CDs

- Filter out non-genres

- Link releases from MB to Discogs masters and releases using MB urls

- Remove trailing dots from image URLs

- Allow querying releases by MBID, return a aggregated release including linked data -> "?mbid=..."

- In /disc queries, in aggregated results, only propogate compilation value if all associated_releases agree
