20130814 - Wikipedia integrated into the "aggregated database"

This is the first beta using the "aggregated database" (ADB). Instead of OMA querying external APIs, OMA now maintains its own database aggregating all source databases. The goal is to improve availability and performance.

I'll be releasing betas step by step as each database is added. This is the first release, with Wikipedia integrated. MusicBrainz, Discogs and others are still queried as before.

The API also remains the same as before:
