Step-by-Step Instructions
Microsoft Windows Desktop
To create a ZIP, 7z or TAR file:
- Open File Explorer and select your files/folders.
- Right-click and choose “Compress to.”
- Select the compression method: ZIP file, 7z File or TAR file.
- Rename the archive if needed.

To extract a ZIP, RAR, TAR, or 7z file:
