(Sorry I sent the submitter-only transmission earlier.)
Thank you for your respose.
The Japanese input IME is not designed to finish with Enter key.
Take, for example, "It's a beautiful day today."
This example, in Japanese, is as follows "本日は良い天気だ".
To enter Japanese, first enter hiragana.
(1)"ほんじつはいいてんきだ" (key type -> honjituhaiitenkida)
The words of this sentence are then converted to Kanji characters.
This is done sequentially, starting with the first word of the sentence.
(2)"本日はいいてんきだ"
Next..
(3)"本日は良いてんきだ"
Next..
(4)"本日は良い天気だ"
Finish.
There are multiple conversion patterns to Kanji characters per word, and the user generally confirms the Kanji character with Enter key after selecting the appropriate Kanji character.
In a process such as that implemented in OneCommander, where renaming is finished with a single press of Enter key, the renaming process ends when one word is converted to Kanji, and the remaining Kanji cannot be converted.
The Japanese input environment is generally designed so that renaming and other processes are completed with two presses of Enter key.
