This may not be a problem with this software, but I still want to know if there is a possibility of a solution. When using the software "Snipast" to copy screenshots to the clipboard, usually pressing "ctrl+c" in the file manager can directly save the clipboard image as a file. However, the file saved when using "Snipast" is:2023-05-23 10-58-02.png

Because using the screenshot tool that comes with Win10 does not have this issue, it may not be a problem with this file manager. Is there a possibility of a fix? Or does this issue only occur on my personal computer?

Win+Shift+S (to make screenshot) and then Ctrl+V in OC will paste it properly. When I have some time I will install that program to see what happens with it

I also use snipaste (free), but not that feature... well not until now
by any chance you using snipaste(pro)?

or any other tool?
because win10/11 explorer by default don't have that feature... well it will save to file if win+print screen (only full screen not zone)
fn+win+space (if keyboard don't have printscreen key)

snipaste (pro) actually features shortcut to save clipboard to file

as you can see free version (disabled)

hovering (i) ... not sure if related to the problem

yeh win snipping tool works just fine with OC...
snipaste sends screenshot to clipboard just like win snipping tool (you can check win clipboard history > needs to be enabled in settings)

but for whatever reason, saved file results in a black image... pasting on paint/email or any other program works fine .

Thanks for reminding me. I checked the Settings of the screenshot software and found that this problem is indeed the problem of the screenshot software. Selecting the "always" option in the paid version solves the problem
