Hi!
I'm missing the sorting section in setting on the latest version from the Microsoft Store
And did not see it in any other sections.
I tried to restart it as well, no change.

The sorting in settings is from time before views were inherited from parent folders, but since then the option is pretty much useless. If you set the sorting or view in root of the drive that is what all subfolders will get, so options from settings didn't do anything

Ah, I did hide that option too, that was unintentional. I'll bring it back in next update
