File Age update issues

Here is my path
D:\folder1\folder2\folder3\folder4\file1

file1 changed
folder4 update
folder3 not update
folder2 not update
folder1 not update

I found that when the files in the folder have changed, at most 2 levels of folders will update the file age, while higher-level folders will not update the file age. This is very inconvenient for forgetting which file you have changed and only searching from folder1.

I want to know if it is possible to update the top folder at the same time when any file changes inside the top folder.

Folder dates are set by Windows filesystem, OC just shows what is on the disk
