In the Column View mode of One Commander, when I click on a folder or file in a column that is not the rightmost one, that column automatically shifts to the rightmost position, and the previous rightmost column disappears.

I would like to request an option to disable this behavior, or at least allow users to toggle it on or off in the settings.

This automatic shifting often disrupts visibility and workflow, especially when navigating back and forth between folders. Having control over this behavior would greatly improve usability.

That is by design. These are "miller columns" and not multiple indepenent columns. Panes on right depend on what is selected on left, that's how "miller columns" work. Only current folder (most-right) can receive commands. If you press delete you have to know what would be deleted and not have something disappear from some other pane on the left. You should use the second browser pane in dual-pane view or open another window.
