Only view folders with tags

Is there a way to only view (filter) folders with tags in Explorer? And it would also be great to be able to name the tags. I love OC!

In search window (F3) there is Tags tab on top to see all tags. Other than that, you can sort a folder by tags from the option in sort menu. I'll expand tags in some way in the future, but from technology perspective I need to find better way of storing those first
