Tabs are no longer restored

Since maybe the last update to 3.107.2.0 OneCommander is always opening the same Tabs but not my last one.

There is some solution for that bug or some setting changed?

Ensure Settings>Other>Restore last used tabs is checked (first option)

If already selected, Create a new window, give it a name (important), open a few tabs, close other windows leaving this one last, then and Ctrl+close to fully shutdown program

Does it restore now? If not, right-click OC in system tray > View logs, are there any errors logged
