Thank you for your reply. You are right. My suggestion is
In my Windows File Explorer, these icons are displayed in two ways:
1.As a narrow color bar overlay at the top of the preview, like for PSD and PDF files. In some other software, this color bar appears at the bottom of the preview, near the filename. (I couldn't find a reference image for this.)
2.As a small icon badge in the bottom-right corner of the preview, positioned above the filename.
The approach — where the filename and file icon are clustered together — follows an interaction logic that makes it easier for users to perceive them as a single cohesive file unit.
