Feature Request: Expose communication interface to retrieve tab information of OneCommander

  Feature Request: Add communication API to read OneCommander tabs. External tools cannot get tab paths and active tab info now. Please expose a read-only IPC/CLI/script API to get panel tabs, tab names, folder paths and active tab. Only read access needed, no tab editing required. This helps build automation tools for power users.
