Two minor issues with preview

When using preview to preview a text file: holding page down will not scroll the page down continuously.  One needs to click page down multiple times to actually scroll. 

Mid scroll wheel click to scroll does not work either. 

Not big issues, but if easy fixes, it may be worth it.
