files appear as icons, not thumbnails

On my new PC the first time I ran OneCommander, files for my app appeared as thumbnails, as they should.

Now, a couple of hours later, they appear as the app's icon.

Is there a way to get OC to show the app's thumbnails?

The files are .afphoto files from Affinity Photo and they appear correctly as thumbnails on my old PC.

OC uses system thumbnail handers, so when OC requests a file thumbnail from Windows, it is Affinity's COM server that starts in the background and generates and provides that thumbnail, and if for whatever reason there is no thumbnail it is on that program. Try reinstalling Affinity Photo and restarting the PC. Also make sure you have the latest version of OneCommander.
