Hello,
I am often looking at things like images which I need to view in more detail... so double clicking the image to open the default image app would be great. I know right click works but double click would be great.
but there are also things like images embedded in mp3 or audiobooks where the default app is not an image viewer... so it would be nice also if you could add some zoom-in feature.
but the first suggestion would be the easiest to implement but since we can also right click the image, I think it is not as much of a propriety as zoom-in. or maybe just scrap the double click to open default idea and make it double click to zoom-in 2x .. and double click again to rest to 1x .. that would avoid having to deal with + - magnification buttons and the need to drag it around.. instead the user could just double click on the spot and then 2x zoom happens centered on that spot
Please consider thanks.
Michael.

Why not doubleclick on file?
Zoom for images and videos already works with mousewheel in preview
