Language in Context Menu Partially in Spanish

When I right-click on a file, some options in the context menu ( screenshot 1.)appear in Spanish, even though my language is set to German ( screenshot 2). When i open the settings for the first time it appears in German. After reopening the settings, they appear in Spanish (screenshot 3). It doesn't matter if go for english. Same behavior.

How can I prevent this from happening?

In short, one of the context menu items is not properly written. Windows allows context menu poluting the calling program because it gets loaded into its memory. It is likely one of the extensions that show spanish text. You can use something like https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html to disable individual ones of "context menu" type, but you need to switch language each time before opening to catch which one changes it
