OC will not start after installing W11 KB5064403 9/9/2025

I updated and restarted after installing this update. There were two updates installed: KB5065431 and KB5064403 and now OC will not start. I reinstalled using the MIS installer and it still will not start. Is there a way to start OC and generate an error log? I do not know much about troubleshooting windows program that will not start are there some things I can check? I did check c:\windows\minidump to see if that folder contained any files and nothing was there.

Try starting to make it log an error

Paste in Explorer

%Localappdata%

navigate to OneCommander\Logs and open the latest log, maybe it will show error that is logged

Another thing to check 

Event Viewer > Applications > Filter (on right) and check Errors

In main pane you can see errors, it will be on the top, see what the error is

Try renaming 

%Localappdata%\OneCommander to OneCommanderOld and try starting again so it makes a new settings folder
