Shell Context Custom Options

Hi Millos,

Is it possible to allow users to add their custom shell options for right click ?

it will be  basically like scripts button, but it adds to right click instead of scripts button.

This will allow to run specific scripts to selected folders or files with just right click.

is this something feasible ?

I'll add it when I make a custom context menu that wouldn't rely on windows shell, but seeing how much people dislike Windows 11 context menu and how many requests I had in V2 when I had a non-standard context menu, I am not sure how it will work and it people would go through the whole long process of customizing it

Before you take on the task check out NileSoft Shell https://github.com/moudey/Shell

It is the gold standard of what a context menu should be (on Windows 11 at least) IMO. Of course you will never make everyone happy no matter what you do.

However, I cannot seem to make it work with/on OneCommander, how did you make it work?

Would be great if OneCommander supported Nilesoft Shell context menus! I'm curious if this is possible to do.

I see. Nilesoft Shell replaces the regular explorer.exe context menu, so it's probably not possible to show it for any other apps, especially with all its filetype-related variations.
