My Taskbar is crowded and I've already pined One Commander browser to the taskbar, How can I remove the Icon from the taskbar? I've checked all settings but can't find the setting to remove the icon from taskbar.

If you mean to remove icon from System Tray (next to clock) you drag it into the overflow arrow ^. There is probably option in Windows taskbar settings to do the same with a switch

Is it possible to remove the icon entirely? I don't want it hidden in the taskbar, but completely gone. I couldn't find an option in settings. Thank you.

Taskbar or system tray, only if there are 3rd party utilities for it. Native support is not planned. To be a nice WIndows citizen, program has to show somewhere that it is running, otherwise it looks like a malware.
