VLC and FFmpeg playback engines in OC

Includes VLClib and FFmpeg (Flyleaf) media playback engines as options Change in Settings>first option Known issues:

• Video preview may briefly flash white during initialization; Video playback uses the LibVLC and Flyleaf libraries, which render video on a separate native surface rather than directly within the application’s UI rendering layer. As a result, when each video player instance initializes, the preview area may briefly flash white before the video is displayed.
• Slow initialization - First preview per session might take several seconds
• These libraries are huge, so distribution is not 30MB but 132MB
• Switching between VLC and FFmpeg engines require restarting the application to ensure proper initialization. If you experience issues after switching engines, please restart OneCommander and test again.
• Format support: For legal and patent reasons, I can include only LGPL components. This means that even though FFmpeg and VLC can play anything, some codecs have patents (and it is impossible to license these properly) so OC won't be able to match what they can play 100%

It is not certain these will remain in the final release, but they are included for testing purposes. Please report any issues you encounter with video playback, including crashes, performance problems, or unexpected behavior.

Thank you for this update.  I have confirmed that this resolves my FLAC playback issues that happened in all open tabs.  I had posted about this issue here:  https://groups.google.com/g/onecommander/c/_E6kn54E1Yg/m/KSdogUr7AAAJ.  With this version installed using the FFmpedg Media Playback Engine, this issue is resolved.
