video thumbnails on network drives are not extracted

I noticed that all video thumbnails especially on network drives are not always visible (one or two videos showing empty video thumbnail). When this issue occurs, i need to refresh the page (F5) in order to fix/get the missing video thumbnails. Is there anyway/means to make sure that all video thumbnails can be visible without having to do a page refresh ?

You would need to find what you have install to replace the system thumbnail handler for video files. It could be part of some "codec pack" or some 3rd party video player
