I'm considering migrating from FreeCommanderXE and am wondering if it's possible to set up the following:

1. I'd like to bind a key (no mouse clicks!) to open the selected file in Emacs. In FC I do this in the Settings by configuring `emacsclient.exe' to be an 'editor', which in turn opens the selected file in a running Emacs session.

2. I'd like to bind a key (again no mouse clicks!) to diff the 2 currently selected files. In FC I do this by configuring `p4merge.exe' in the Settings as the program to use to compare files.

3. Is it possible to configure Ctrl+Tab to switch between tabs in a most-recently-used order?

4. Is it possible to configure Ctrl+T to open the new tab immediately to the right of the current tab?

Thanks, John.

1. There is a plan for alternative editor per file type - likely Alt+Enter (changeable)
2. Buttons with assignable scripts and shortcuts are coming
3. No, most expect tabs to behave like web browsers
4. No, middle click opens folder in new tab next to current; Ctrl+T/+ button adds it at the end like in web browsers
