Hi, I just downloaded latest version 3.93 and what I noticed is that it installs in root c:\ no matter what I enter in folder path at the beginning of instalattion.
I tried on 2 different pc-s (both running windows 11).

I tested it in WIndows Sandbox and it didn't happen. WIndows is completely handling install, and OC doesn't know where it is being installed until it runs for the first time. So google something along the lines of "msi installs program in root". You can also try uninstalling OC and installing it again. The settings should remain even when uninstalled as they are in AppData
