Can't view and browse connected android smartphone internal storage. It doesnt appear in browser

Can you please update those instructions. I've connected the phone to "Phone Link". It only shows Photos, but states: "Photos is moving to File Explorer", with a button "Turn on in Settings". There it's all turned on, however, nothing shows in File Explorer or OC. Overall, "Phone Link" appears like a glossy but mostly dysfunktional UI.

Of couse it works nicely when you connect the phone via USB.

Check that youtube video from the previous message's link on how to set it up. You don't open the phone link app, you just need to go to  C:\Users\YOURNAME\CrossDevice to find your phone files there. It's best if phone is connected to the same wifi as your computer.
