List of OneCommander saved windows Vs windows remaining to open

My first contribution, sorry if the subject has already been addressed.

When I create and save a new window, I can only re-access it via the taskbar.

In the Create / Open saved windows menu appear only the saved windows that are not already open.

TMHO, 

1. I would prefer that the list of available saved windows always appear in the "Create" dialog.  Having to check in the taskbar whether or not I have already created and kept open a given windows is cumbersome.
2. I believe that the current way of working is cumbersome and error prone.  If I wuickly glance through the open windows in the taskbar and don't find it quickly, I would be tempted to (re)create it.
