Need option pin to top in folder or file

Can we pin a file, folder to the top of Folder or directory?

In the picture, I want pin file launch11 to be at the top of the directory.

Why do I need a pin because I'm always using this file (launch11) regularly.

Maybe some day if I think of a way that wouldn't cost performance when there are tens of thousands of files in a folder, but this is basically what shortcuts on desktop are for

Wouldn't it be easier to just rename file to 1launch11.exe or something like that?

I was going to say just make a shortcut to it and pin it to the taskbar if you use it that often.

Exactly! There are ways to do this currently. No need to add unnecessary items to program.
