Group file per type

Hello, and compliments for the great application. It's fast and really full of features.
How can I personalize the files view by grouping them based on their file type?
I found how I can order them by type, but I'd like the view to have a break or space for each types group (like Win11 Explorer).

Hi, With framework that I am using, that type of grouping is not possible.

I would love to see grouping feature as well, although I would prefer to have grouping by "created" date for the "Downloads" folder.
Sad to hear that currently used framework doesn't allow to implement it... Maybe it could be possible with some sort of a hack? For example, manually insert special unclickable row items in the list, which will be shown as a category header for the group? I belive that with such approach it won't be possible to collapse/expand group on click, but it least it could provide some visual separation for the group.
