Rails tutorial

When I started on OCO a year and a half ago, someone (think it was Chris Adams) pointed me to a Rails tutorial.  I can't for the life of me where it was from.    Ideally I would like one that is similar in approach to OCO way of doing things (if this is an issue).
Reason - I am shortly going to be spending some "more time with my family" and would like to write a simple rails app as a training exercise.

PS - I am alergic to googling for tutorials - I have oftern found they are over complex or make invalid assumtions (eg using a particular IDE or whatever). I prefer a recommendation.

The one I would recommend is probably this one here:


It covers using rspec and lots of the tools in use on oco, but with a few differences ( using factory girl instead if machinist for some if the testing)
