Groupware-type features

We had an interesting feature request about adding the ability to share bookmarks between group members:

This sort of collaboration/groupware feature isn't directly part of OCO's remit, I think. But it does raise the question of what solution we can point people towards for this kind of functionality.

Also, since the membership list of an organisation using OCO is stored in OCO itself, should we be providing some kind of API access to this membership list? (I.e. so a 3rd party web app could grant access only to current members.)

Or, perhaps we actually ought to be providing some kind of basic information sharing feature. At the very least we could provide a way for the org to announce to its members what external services they're using to share information.
