Announcing onebusaway-siri-1.0.6

This is a release announcement for onebusaway-siri-1.0.6. The
onebusaway-siri modules provide a set of libraries and tools for
working with SIRI real-time transit data. This release includes some
performance enhancements and bug fixes, along with the introduction of
the SIRI replay tool, which can be used to simulate a SIRI stream from
logged data.
