What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I go to the home page and click on the web icon and the linked page is
blank. I have tried deleting my cookies and everything and still cannot
access the page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm supposed to get to a page where I can enter a route number and see a
map, but I get a blank page.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 ( i think, the newest version)
Please provide any additional information below.
I hope you can help, I rely heavily on this application and do not have a
smart phone or alternative way to use it.
