1. Visit the TripsForLocation page

2. Click the sample url at the bottom of the page
3. Observe the empty list of results

I'm running this call a 2pm on a weekday, so I would expect to see some
results. I also fudged with the latitude and longitude, span, includeTrips,
and includeSchedules and was never able to get results.

Is this call working as expected?

This link is a 404 now, and I see the rest of the api documentation is
missing. Is something happening to the developer api?

Thanks. Here's updated url for the call:

The issue however remains. I cannot get results from this call.
