I have been working with Phil (copied) from GCRPC to implement OneBusAway (supported by TheTransitClock) for their service. It is in Victoria, Texas.

Below is my best attempt at providing all the fields needed to be added as an Experimental Region.

Can we have this entry added?

I tested this data in the staging environment and it looks good, so I've pushed these changes to the Regions API, although it may take up to an hour or two for them to become available.

I changed the region name to "Victoria, Texas" to align better with the other region names we have in the app - please let me know if this is ok.

As soon as you see the region appear in the Regions API:

https://regions.onebusaway.org/regions-v3.json

...then it should be available to all new installs of the apps. If you have an app currently installed you may need to manually refresh the regions data.

Note that you'll need to opt into seeing the beta regions within the app - you can do this on Android via  "Settings->Advanced" and checking "Experimental regions".
