Hello all,

I just released onebusaway-application-modules 2.1.0 which brings
java11 support to OBA, many bug fixes, and some critical security
updates.

Unfortunately I hit a snag with the documentation so I'll keep working
on updating that.

I did take a pass at updating the configuration docs here:

thank you for the update.

it would be nice to have a changelog and/or more detailed release notes please.

Also, is there a way to see the description of tickets which I see in commit messages like OTD-xxx, WMATA-xxx, OBACLOUD-xxx, OBAHART-xxx ?
