Stops crossing multiple timezones?

Hi all,

A question recently came up regarding how GTFS handles timezones:

Has anyone dealt with creating GTFS data crossing multiple timezones, or loaded such a dataset in OBA?

Any wisdom on the topic is welcome - please feel free to comment directly on the above GitHub issue as well to express your opinion on how the data should be handled in the spec.
