PR for adding stop sequences to stop time updates returned in GTFS-realtime Trip Updates

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to solicit code review on a new PR of mine, but assuming it is: https://github.com/OneBusAway/onebusaway-application-modules/pull/342

Check out the linked issue for more details, but basically I'd like to add stop sequences to the stop time updates returned by the API responsible for generating a GTFS-realtime Trip Updates feed. I believe this proposal accomplishes exactly that when the necessary timepoint predictions are available to make it possible. Please have a look to confirm!
