Problems when I compile de source code.

Hi people,
I don't know how to write English very well, but I will try.

I did the download of Source, and .JAR files, and I compile the
project with NetBeans, it run ok, but when I start a new server, and
connect to this server, I see nothing... (In the server, the window
with a warning that someone connected).

I belive that it's case by I don't compile the project with the folder
Plugins, and resources.

Someone knows the solutions?

Hi again,
I resolved one of my problems.
I compiled the source, and thats ok, but the client area isen't
running.

I belive that the problem is on TimeWatch, my NetBeans show this
warning: Deprecation ........

How I can upgrade this class?

I found the error.

File: ControlConnection.java
Line: packet = parser.parseElement(iStream);

I noticed that after this line the program stop.

I have tried to change the core.jar to version 3.1 and 3.2 and not
satisfied.

In core.jar at method readToNextTag, we have this line: int
in=iStream.read();
After it, do nothing.
I don't have any idea now.

Do you know this issue?
