Need Hlp with Java-Remote Control

Hey,

I aint much techie like u guys but I jus wanted to use this remote
control tool on 2 purpose.

1. To hlp a frnd in office frm my desk to her desk need to do screen
sharing on her computer. Is it possible in a office network/PC?

2. Connect to my personal computer at home frm my office PC?

Can any1 jus answer if this can b done or not. I tried doing this but
not sure on wat username its askin for or the Hub addr/ port is? Also
I tried lookin out for a manual wch can show me some directions on how
to use.

If it is not possible is there any free tool with wch I can do screen
sharing session (web based) no appl. as I cant install on my office
compy?

Sry if I hav posted it on the wrong place as I can find any other
tho :P
