God is definitely distinct as necessary existence from the universe, eternally same without any interruption, that the universe is not, with life just possible in it as it is with separate constants just right for that. It shows intelligence having the universe set right for life to exist in the universe, so there is care for life in the universe. God is not limited, in that way or in any way. We should then be caring.
