Inactive Link - Oncotree to Oncotree Python Mapping Tool

Hi all,

I am getting a 404 not found error when I try to download the Oncotree to Oncotree python mapping tool at this link: https://oncotree.mskcc.org/downloads/oncotree_to_oncotree.py.

I am attempting to download it from this page: https://oncotree.mskcc.org/mapping

The error message I receive is:

Whitelabel Error Page

This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.

There was an unexpected error (type=Not Found, status=404).

No message available

I was hoping to use this tool to update a mapping file we have that utilizes a much older version of oncotree than the current stable release.  Is there another place I should access the tool?

Hi Hannah,

Thanks for reporting the error; we're currently working on fixing the oncotree_to_oncotree.py link on the OncoTree mapping website (https://oncotree.mskcc.org/mapping) and should have that updated soon.

In the meantime, you can access and download the script directly from the OncoTree GitHub page here: https://github.com/cBioPortal/oncotree/tree/master/scripts
