Dear OncoTree Team,

I am writing to request permission to include a screenshot from the OncoTree website in an upcoming book on genetics. The screenshot would be used to illustrate tumor classification and cancer subtype categorization, with proper attribution to OncoTree.

If there are any specific guidelines or requirements for the use of screenshots of OncoTree content in published materials, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration, and I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,
Sara

Hi Ritika,

Thank you for your response.
In Japan, the national cancer genomic database utilizes OncoTree for cancer type classification. As part of an upcoming publication, I would like to include an explanation of OncoTree classifications.
To better illustrate this, I would also like to show the hierarchical structure of OncoTree and demonstrate that the classification system is accessible online by including a screenshot of the OncoTree webpage.
Please let me know if there are any concerns or guidelines I should follow.

Sincerely,
Sara
