Hi Oncotree team,

Looking for the latest version of OncoTree rdf files.

The one in github, https://github.com/cBioPortal/oncotree/blob/feat/oncotree-2025-10-03/resources/rdf/oncotree-taxonomy-2021-11-02.rdf seems to be of older version.

Can you point me to the recent version's rdf file?

Hi Vishnu,

We were hosting RDF files due to the requirement of the older platform. Since then, we have moved to a new system for which we don't support RDF files. You can use the OncoTree API to get the data from OncoTree.
